John is a graduate of the Wharton School, past CEO of AAA Auto Club South and an active community leader. He spent the past 26 years developing a rapidly growing sales force at AAA. Starting with the belief of total transparency and an agent-centric culture, the sales force grew from 35 agents to over 350. This growth was the result of careful hiring, solid training, ongoing mentoring and technology that simplified the process for agents. He then separated selling from servicing clients. This allowed sales agents to do what they do best while the team provided outstanding service for clients. John brings a similar innovation to Tomlin Commercial to enable each agent to achieve their potential.

Vincent Simonetti serves as Senior Advisor for Tomlin Commercial Real Estate Services. Vince is known for his outstanding communication skills and knowledge in all aspects of real estate brokerage, development, construction, financing, franchising, leasing, investing, purchasing, and marketing. His business philosophy is simple: service the client with diligence, honesty, and integrity. Vince has provided excellent service and aggressively pursued new real estate acquisition opportunities for his clients.


Vince built his foundation in real estate by developing the franchise program and managing the real estate function for a chain of restaurants that grew to 140 locations internationally. Over the next 25 years, he continued building his experience with Group One Realty, a commercial/investment company in Ohio, and Roaring Fork Realty in Colorado. After leaving Colorado and relocating to Charlotte, NC, Vince joined SVN, a nationally recognized commercial brokerage firm. He has assisted clients in light industrial manufacturing, legal, hospitality, retail, multi-family/student housing, and self-storage industries. Vince held real estate licenses in Ohio, Colorado, and North and South Carolina before moving to Tampa in 2016.






Tampa native Lynn Love brings some unique and first-hand experiences to the real estate business. From fishing off of Ballast Point pier in South Tampa as a kid to raising a family and a menagerie of livestock and other animals in and around Oldsmar, he has worked in north, south, east and west Tampa and is familiar with the entire bay area. Lynn also brings an entrepreneurial spirit to his work as a commercial real estate agent. Having started and run several businesses of his own, he has experience buying, selling, renting, and leasing, so he understands the challenges business owners face when deciding to sell their own properties, find just the right locations for new ventures, and the importance of being in the best spot to start up the next hot operation. As a licensed commercial real estate advisor with Tomlin Commercial, I love working with business owners, executives, and investors buy, sell, and lease real estate. What drives me is making the lives of those around me better. To me, being a purpose-driven and empathetic business owner and leader is the best way to do that. Throughout my career, I’ve not only built my own successful companies from the ground up, I’ve also worked with other business owners and executives to improve their businesses. I’ve been fortunate enough to have companies I own or am a partner in be named to “Best Of” and “Fastest Growing” lists but I’ve learned to be humble and stay focused from the best (my parents!) and learn from my successes and more importantly, when things didn’t necessarily go the way I wanted. Giving back to the communities my businesses serve to thank them for helping me accomplish my goals is extremely important to me. The ultimate reward was being recognized as Downtown Tampa’s Person Of The Year in 2019. I’m always on the look-out for new opportunities and consulting projects as it relates to restaurant and business operations to maximize profitability, as well as assist in crucial pathways to success such as site selection, staff training, menu development, and marketing.

Trey Stapleton joined Tomlin Commercial Real Estate in 2021 brining over 25 years of experience in public service and business to the agency.

Trey spent over a decade advising government leaders, c-suite executives, and small business owners on strategy, marketing, and public relations. His experience working with a range of businesses from start-ups to fortune 500 companies, along with his background in business ownership and real estate, provide him with a unique understanding of how important it is to find a property that aligns with a business’ strategy as well as its budget.

Prior to his consulting career, Trey spent 12 years in the United States Air Force and served during Operations Desert Storm/Fox and Operation Enduring Freedom. He currently serves as an Ambassador for the Special Operations Warrior Foundation. Trey holds a BBA in Finance from the University of North Texas.

Juan Carlos "JC" Garcia is an Advisor with Tomlin Commercial Real Estate. JC helps small and medium-sized business owners, investors, and nonprofits throughout the Tampa Bay area better manage their commercial real estate assets. After serving our country in the United States Air Force in 2004, JC studied Political Science at the University of South Florida. Today, JC is still involved in local and state-level politics and government through his volunteer work with several Veterans organizations.
