Lynn Love has actively and consistently been serving with Tomlin Commercial for the last 8 years. He has extensive transactional experience across a wide variety of property types, including retail, bar and restaurants, car washes, laundromats, hair salons, large industrial, agricultural, mixed-use properties, as well as owner-users, developers, grocery, and institutional clients.
He has coordinated and contracted multiple properties for assemblage projects for large regional clients and local business owners. Having personally founded and operated several businesses, his first hand knowledge makes Lynn an invaluable advisor. Each client project is always slightly different and is evaluated through both a real estate and an operating-business lens. Together with clients, he carefully considers key factors such as zoning, access, building functionality, income potential, and long-term value to ensure clients make the best decisions.

Juan Carlos "JC" Garcia is an Advisor with Tomlin Commercial Real Estate. JC helps small and medium-sized business owners, investors, and nonprofits throughout the Tampa Bay area better manage their commercial real estate assets. After serving our country in the United States Air Force in 2004, JC studied Political Science at the University of South Florida. Today, JC is still involved in local and state-level politics and government through his volunteer work with several Veterans organizations.
